The ball I got looks like it was inspected and reworked (repaired) instead of scrapped like it should have been.If you headed this ball off a pass or kick, at one of the points in question, at the very least you would have the skin on your head split open. This ball is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Paying less than $25 for a soccer ball you should know it won't be as fantastic as a high-end ball can be, but it's certainly an amazing value and a pretty good ball! It's great for practice and I have small reservations for games but it holds up well. Any complaint is that the surface is a little too shiny and slippery and needs more of a grip. That being my only complaint (while still valid) isn't a means to avoid this ball. Of crouse, if you are open to pay $30 or $50 for a ball, there is no comparison to price brackets and the better quality you will receive.
