We start to assemble the the pieces and realize as we are putting the last hooks on that we are 1 short. Seriously SKLZ you can't ship 1 or 2 extra hooks in case of breakage or some other mishap.Update: It was also missing 1 bolt, washer and butterfly nut also. My daughter is a cathcer on rec and travel ball team, but is having to pitch for her middle school team and she will prob. tear it up with in a few weeks. |
